Notes from November 2011 $9 for a 500ml 4-pack from KeyFood. 04.30.2012 date on the bottom of the cans. Rare vos tumbler. Delicate white head grows like a soapy lather. Pale straw color with just a touch of haze. Smell upfront is moderate leafy/minerally hops, dry grain & chalk. Creamy, sourdough flavor. Mild to moderate earthy hops & aspirin. Solid carbonation. Dry, bittergreen & iron-y finish. Crispy. Not great, but a really easy beer to get familiar with.

0.5 l can shared with Habas. Clear golden, white head. Aroma is grainy, lightly herbal. Flavour is malty, bready, herbal, lightly to moderately bitter, slightly metallic. Light body, moderate carbonation, quite drinkable, light dry finish, no major flaws.

6-4-7-3-14 Bottle, six months before bbd. Pours clear yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is zesty hops with pepper and herbal notes, as well as malts with bread and honey. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is zesty, herbal hops with floral notes and grassy minerals, as well as bready malts with leather. Actually quite nice and refreshing.
