Bottled@fonefan. Red colour, not much head. Aroma is raisins, some alcohol, honey and mild berries. Flavour is fruity, honey, some berries as well as some spiciness to it. Balanced.

Bottle 750ml. clear glass @ home.Clear medium to dark deap red colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy redcurrants - berries, moderate honey. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tat berry - redcurrants, honey. Body is medium, texture is syrupy - thin and sticky, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20130907]

Dark ruby color. The aroma is a bit vinous, maybe there are traces of acetic acid, and there are some berries; later, some honey appears. Sweet in the front, but with a high acidity to balance it, and some tannins in the end creating some astringency; lean; with a strong berry character.
The mead character is very subdued, but it’s a pleasant drink.

Bottle @ Scooper Tasting in Ulfborg. Pours clear wine red with no head at all. Clear aroma of fruit and vine. Sour-sweetish flavour ofnhoney and cherries. Lingering, sweetish aftertaste. Nice.
