Bottle at Foeder For Thought. Pours ruby with small off white head. The aroma is grape skin, yeast, oak. Medium body, oak, funk, sweet grape, berry, vinous, light dry finish, very nice.

On tap at Growler Guys, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out wood upfront, with gentle acidity, red wine barrels, and some wild yeast. Flavour brings out the funky wild yeast critters, with biscuity notes, and red wine tannins. I like the expression of wild yeast here, accentuated nicely by the red wine barrels. Excellent.
