We would like to introduce our Horchata-Inspired second iteration of Shared Parfait, a blend of Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout aged for 36 months in Rittenhouse Rye Barrels & Imperial Stout steeped on freshly ground Cinnamon Sticks & Vanilla Beans.
Parfait is our new small line of beers focusing on experimenting with new adjunct combinations in a blend of Shared Vibes base with Side Project Barrel-Aged Stouts.

16oz (thx, Brent L!) shared at Erik's place in Malmo. Appearance: very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: cinnamon, spices, some chocolate and roasted malts. Taste: nice body, balanced spiced, some barrel. Overall: very nice and balanced.

Can thanks to Anthony. Pours black with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong cinnamon, graham cracker, cocoa, roast. Slick body, boozy, intense cinnamon, roast, dark chocolate, granola, nice sweetness, enjoyed this.
