CRANK THE HOPS to the point right before tastebuds bleed with a PNW / Aussie blend. Super smooth malt base, pine resin, bright tangerine and pineapple hop flavor and aromatics. At 105 IBU’s, “Half-Stack” is a relative term – As we like to say, “If it’s too hoppy, you’re too old!”

On tap at Beer Run - Chelsea, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Nose has lots of pithy stone fruits and some melony hops. Flavour is minimally chalky, with stone fruit pith galore, a touch of dankness, and a sweet bready malt base. Competently made but just seems deficient in the hop department. Fine.

Can picked up from Beer Republic webshop Breda, Netherlands, Thursday 6th October 2022, listening to Steve Lamaq on 6 Music (Round Table) and cooking a Cottage Pie with a Gorgonzola Mash. Pours orange/gold with a white head, hazy appearance. A nice fruity beer with citrus and a little tropical fruit, nice softness in the mouth.

Can, 0.473l. Aroma of citrus, melon, passion fruit and resin. Pours hazy straw color with medium sized soapy white head and average appearance. Taste starts juicy citrusy and grainy, following is tropical fruity and herbal, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Stackabeer…

Rated last year, listed as 105 ibu - Pours very hazy with a dense off white head with lacing. It smells really citrusy. Flavor is of citrusy hops with some resin and lots of malty sweetness too, ending in a lingering bitter finish. Very good.

Draft at 8 Degrees Plato. Pours a hazy, glowing gold with a finger of white foam. Dank citrus on the nose. More of the same on the palate. Super crushable. Could drink a lot of this.

On tap at The Loft, N. Andover, MA. Appearance is cloudy, dark orange-light brown with no sparkle, finger-width off-white head, great lacing. Aroma is citrus fruit over grapefruit. Taste as aroma. Palate is medium bodied with average carbonation, finish as taste. Overall, a good amount of sweet to balance the high IBU's.

Crowley from SRI Liquors in South Plainfield, NJ. Hazy medium gold color. Small creamy white head. Fresh, sweet bready malt nose. Bittersweet, tangy, the easy malt flavor upfront. Big citrus hops in middle. Complex, spicy hops are there for the taking in the finish. At 88 IBU’s, the hops rule.

Pours a grapefruit juice color from a tap, golden and opaque, nice lacing. I swear it smells like nothing, if I really try hard I can pick up the detergent on the glass a little. Flavor is a vaguely citrus juice, but very watered down, very thin in the mouth. Think I'd rather have an actual glass of grapefruit juice instead of this so-called beer.
