Our newest take on a tropical fruit gose, this version features mango and passionfruit. The base beer is a revived German style - a kettle-soured wheat and pilsner beer brewed with slightly salty water. The fruit puree was added in the fermenter, thereby allowing the flavors to meld with the lactic tartness of the beer.

Hops: Hallertau

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy orange gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is passionfruit, lemon zest, wheat. Slick body, passionfruit, citrus, wheat, nice tartness, very good.
