2023 edition at the brewery - viscous black pour - deep vanilla and rye aroma, with oak, coffee, and chocolate - smooth, with well-hidden alcohol - lots of vanilla and chocolate, with a warm, but not boozy finish - finish brings a light tannic acidity and lingering warmth - dig it.

Bottle thanks to Steve. Pours black with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong vanilla, oak, rye bourbon, spice. Slick body, vanilla, rye, wood, nice sweetness, very good.

From backlog. Taster from bottle at bottleshare, Escondido, Ca. Black with light brown head. Roasted malts, coffee, chocolate, Barrel, bourbon, vanilla.
