16 ounce can from Tavour. Translucent mahogany brown color. Large, rocky tan head. Toasted malt aroma hints at chocolate and coffee. Flavor is more of the same. Dark malts, toffee, chocolate and light coffee. Smooth mouthfeel. Rich and malty. Some bittersweet chocolate in the dryish finish. Very well made.

Aromas are dark malt, roast, cocoa and a little black patent. Flavors are similar to nose, with a sweet, tart, tangy start and a balanced similar finished add-in a little more roast. Nice beer.

Can from Tavour. Pours very dark brown with a frothy tan head. Aroma of malty chocolate bread/caramel. Tmavy. Med body or so. Flavor is pretty much the aroma. Not dry, mildly bitter, but very Tmavy. NIce.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark amber with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is dark fruit, cocoa, roast. Slick body, cocoa, roast, licorice, dry finish, very good.
