330 ml bottle courtesy of tkrjukoff. Shared at epic tasting on February 11. pours clear blueish red with a frothy pinkish white head that doesn’t leave much trace while dissipating. Smell is sour with green apples, lemon juice, horse blanket and unripe berries. Taste is sour and slightly sweet with apples, farmyard, grass, hay and hints of bilberries. Mouthfeel is dry and tart. Finish is dry, tart and slightly metallic with hints of bilberries.

Bottle @ Schouskjelleren RBNAG-11. Hazy pink/purple body with an off-white head. Nice and funky aroma with berries, particular blueberries as no surprise. Flavor is refreshing fruity, a bit acidic and some barnyard funk to a certain degree, but this is definitively no real fruit lambic Belgium style. It takes a lot more than a beer, some fruit and adding Brett to make the real stuff. But it’s fun and refreshing to drink.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is ruby. Aroma and taste are rich blueberries, citrus, malt and hops. Not that sour, but very fruity and berry-authentic.

bottle from bunker beer clear red, pink head. dry soirish beer aroma, also red fruity notes. The soursih beer aroma is pretty dry, rather than sour. Also a good dose of sweet leather, or skin. Aroma is not especially pleasant but very interesting. flavor is quite sour and acid, quite dry, resembling perhaps pink champaigne. Not much fruit here, but quite a lot of lambic. Everything matches well and the flavor is way better than the aroma. The not so strong flavor from fruits is good i think, it seems like the fruits there is, is kinda’ not fresh. Very nice fruit lambic anyways. the flavor profile is "clean" and i can’t find any of the weird flavors that some non-belgian sour beers have. Experiemnt with the blueberry part - the lambic part is spot on ;-).

Bottle thx to gnoff vintage 2005 cons 2011-01-08 Göteborg AR: great sourness, almond liquer (from Italy) AP: watery cherry water F: a bit watery, light blueberries/lingonberry flavor, dry, floury Rating: 3,5 Bottle from SB in Västerås, cons 2010-09-18, Göteborg AR: berry aroma, yeast like an belgian lambic but not as sour AP: a bit blue berry colured body, high fizzy purple head - quickly diminishing F: sour dry red fruity kind of lambic, a bit chemical it is not really that bluberry soup that you can have when cross country sking in wasaloppet :-). Waite a second, the blue berry flavors are getting more and more obvious... and there is a bit chilli pepper!

Bottled. Clear redbrown color, short reddish head. Aroma of blueberry, oak wood, apple, varnish, dry wood, leather. Woody taste, dry, slightly sour. The dry wood is overwhelming and reminds me of a dry cider like westons. Nothing like the usual lambic.
