ベルギーのワロン地方にて農業の閑散期に仕込み、夏の農作業の合間にのどを潤すために造られていたといわれるスタイルのセゾンビール。
農家ごとに工夫をこらした個性豊かなセゾンビールがつくられていたのであれば、どんな解釈もできる自由なビールだと思います。
僕たちの考えるセゾンビールは、パンのような存在。かたちも味も自由自在。
修行先である鬼伝説地ビールで初めて作ったオリジナルレシピのビールから、徹底してセゾンスタイルを作ってきた僕なりの解釈で、僕の思うセゾンを。
夏の喉だけでなく、どんな季節も心身の渇きを潤す存在になってほしいです。

Can from the brewery, about 4 weeks ago. Pale gold, clear, with a full, thick head. Nice hoppy nose, white grapes, citrus, bready malt, light on the yeast. fruity flavor, citrus, tropical, grapes, the saison yeastiness is there, but not big. Not sweet, not too spicy, in the clean Dupont mold. Nicely done saison. Dry, medium bitter finish. Nice.

Slight earthy spiciness to it. Clove maybe. Quite nice though.
