Strawberry and Hibiscus Gose

Northern Italy’s town of Lumare counts 350 local habitants and an incredible population of 630 flamingos. Lumare flamingos used fly up to 400 miles in one go, and their flight range used to be 10,000 feet - so not visible to human eyes. The most simple explanation for why flamingos don’t fly anymore is that their situation doesn’t demand it. They settled down, have families, can’t be bothered. On weekends they get together and play their favourite sport, fla-bingo.
