hazy yellow pour with a nice thick head. Big funk aroma, some lemons, and some apples. Flavour is also unky, and sour, a good amount of sourness mingled with the lemon, and apple flavours. An odd horseradish aftertaste, other than that, a quality lambic.

Aroma of sour apples, wood, barnyard funk, white wine. Flavour is mild tart and just a little sweet. Quite dry, carbonated like champagne. Not the most aromatic or sour Gueuze, but very gentle, balanced and easy drinkable. I could not stop taking sips from this.

Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, crosta di panettone, agrumi, frutto della passione, aromi dello scantinato, cuoio, terra, rabarbaro, ciliegia, vino bianco, burro,acetoso, sidro, zolfo e sour.

Quite intense funky aroma, spicy phenolic, lightly fruity, estery, ripe apple, apricot aromas. Light body, moderate to high carbonation. Moderately funky, dry, refreshing. Flavour is sweet apple, apricot, malts, spice. Slightly sharp phenolic finish.

Trübe gelbe Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Sauer fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich sauer, fruchtig nach Ãpfeln, leicht malzig. Leicht süß mit hoher Bitterkeit und deutlicher Säuerlichkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

För gammal, ytterst lätt smak som påminner om Calvados
