Luxurious, complex and filled with heritage - much like the West End section of Glasgow itself. Caramel, toffee and chocolate malts mingle with a selection of noble hops to create a gorgeous, smooth mouthfeel and real finesse in this grand reverential stout. Best enjoyed in great company - crack a can and embrace the moment!

Can from lowcostbeer.com. Pours black with faint red hue, medium sized tan head which settles nicely. Aroma of dry roast malts, ash, some sweetness, faint dark fruit, coffee. Tasty is ash, dark malts, coffee, caramel, light berries, spice. Medium bodied, smooth, aggressive carbonation for the style. Tasty little number though.

Keg at Pigs Ear '21, day two, 01/12/21. Black with a tan cap. Nose is tangy dried fruit esters, toffee, nutty, light roasted notes. Taste comprises charr, toffee, dusty fruits, nutty, spice. Medium bodied, prickly carbonation, light drying close. Ok stout ... a touch over carbed for my liking which detracts a touch from the overall score for me.

Draft. A black beer with a lazing dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, bread, and chocolate, leading to a bitter finish.
