Our Extra Special Bitter (Or ‘Extra Shades Brown’ as it’s been dubbed) is brewed with Chivaliar Malt, as well as Bramling Cross, East Kent Goldings, and Challenger in the hop bill, to give big toffee, fruity malt, and bitter hop flavours.

Cask at Trekkers, Chesham, Bucks. An amber coloured pour with a thin white head on top which doesn't last. Sweet, malty, caramel taste and aroma. An OK ESB.

Cask at Awakening Festival, Gosport. Grainy malty aroma. Cloudy murky Toffee brown. Bubbly off-white head. Initial sour citrus followed by sweet Toffee and nuts. Medium bodied. Creamy. Flat carbonation. Long finish. Interesting and def not trad.

Cask at keans hwad. Deep amber colour with an off white head. Aroma and taste are malty sweet and toffee. Slight dryness. Medium body.
