A strong, dark, exotic, hoppy ale that defies current beer styles. Hints of ginger that isn’t there, dark fruit, orange and bitter chocolate flavours follow aromas of honey, mango, blackcurrant and the slightest hint of smokiness. Is there anything else like it?

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass dark brown, small head. Starts strong, roasty malty. Alcoholic, but not too intense. Woody-dry background. Finish wonderful balanced, still roasty-malty-alcoholic. Really nice!

Thanks to Rian Fruity sour beginning. Deep sticky, fruity, red fruit. Deep, rich. Fermented sweetness. Sticky, fantastic.

33cl bottle. A clear brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of dark brown malt, some wood and berries. Taste of dark roasted malt, toffee, some berries. Good!
