Our Barrels are stored in the Basement of the brewing barnhouse of the HillDevils located in the Wouwse Plantage, Holland. Every barrel has it's own unique characteristic flavours wich melt with the beer. We Aged the Russian Imperial Stout in a Sherry Oloroso Barrel for a period of 4 months.

Zwart bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is warm en bitter met vaag iets van sherry. Verder fijne rook en een heel licht zure bijsmaak en licht romig in de mond. Gewoon een goed bier, maar niet exceptioneel.

Bottle. Almost black. Sherry, caramel, roast and licorice in the aroma. Medium bodied. Roasty flavor with licorice, oak, sherry. Not great, but quite pleasant.
