Wheat Beer? Good! Sour with Sea Salt? Also good! Dry hopped with tons of Mosaic hops? Ooh La La! Now that sounds most excellent! You should be super impressed that we put all of that in one beer. Seriously. Cuz it made for some pretty tasty and refreshing results with delicious tropical and citrus flavours and aromas. Best paired with pretzels, havarti cheese, or a delicious cheesecake with berries.

Has hazy yellow modest foam. Smells of grassy hops, tart funky pineapple. Taste is nice tart citrus, sweet hops. Ends smooth, with lingering sweetness, though a little wet and dog hair hints. It's okay, drinkable with some positive elements.
