Medium gold body, strong carbonation, nice foam. Good sweet apple on the nose, slight caramel, a bit of honey. Taste is honeyed apple, ending dry with modest lingering sweetness. Not very complex but executed well and easy to drink.

500mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp red apples, some stewed toffee apple and a hint of dry caramel. Flavour is very dry, with crisp red apple skins, a hint of toffee, and light apple core. Crisp, dry red apple skins dominate, leaving a nice overall expression of the apples. Simple and lacking depth but well-made.
