Light pale straw body, strong carbonation, modest foam. Nice dry earthy apple aroma, slight sweetness. Taste is sweet apple, slight mustiness, finishing dry and just some lingering sweetness. Nothing too complex but clean and very well executed.

500mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out champagne-style effervescence, gentle funky, and plenty of fairly dry green apple. Flavour is crisp, with lots of champagne-like effervescence, gentle wild yeast, and crisp green apples. On the dry side, with a great champagne fragrance. Carbonation is above average which is very fitting.
