2011 vintage of Restoration.
This is the first of two “ aged beers “ that are produced by the brewery . They are kept at a consistent cellar temperature which allows them to develop complexity and richness as time passes. Inspired by the strong beers of the Trappist and abbey breweries in Belgium it is a dark amber beer with flavours of vinous fruit, port, rich malt, floral and herbal hops and a lingering gentle spicy hop finish.
