Slightly hazy yellow color, medium-sized white head. Aroma has light citrus and cardboard with some banana. Light-bodied. Citric mouthfeel, refreshing, sweetish banana in the background. Although all 4.5% hefeweizen are hopeless, this one has some merit for being that ABV.

Bottled@AIH66 Beer Session. (thanks Timo Alanen). Hazy orange colour, mediumsized slightly off-white head. Aroma is grainy, some yeasty, zesty and wheaty notes. Flavour is fruity, wheaty, mildly spicy/yeasty as well as some toffee. Got better when yeast is in, without the yeast, it felt very homebrewish.

Aroma has fruity tones and mild lemony tones. Flavour has cardboardy tones, fruity notes, minerals and hints of lemon. Clean but a bit mellow. Also a bit ’hard’ and too high on CO2.
