Tap at Maltainen Metso. Dark ruby color, no head. Herbal, berryish, tartish nose. Medium-bodied. Tart and berryish flavour. Herbal, spicey. Sweetish. Not anything you want drink more than once.

Draught@Craft Beer Helsinki 2016. Amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is spices, some wood, mild spruce and resin along with some herbal notes. Flavour is quite spicy with some nutty notes as well as some slight sweet malts and mild earthy notes. As it got a bit warmer, the lactic acid got stronger. Intriguing, but still I quite didn’t figure out the meaning of this.

(Keg at Oljenkorsi, 20160506) The beer poured brown and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had tartness, malts and molasses. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were molasses, malts, tartness and sweetness. Aftertaste was sweet and tart. A nice tart brew with softening sweetness.
