Dark red brown beer with good light beige head. Aroma has bread, chocolate, milk and sweetness. Taste has bread, chocolate, milk and wood. A bit drier at the end. Light body, but very nice surprise overall!

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2016. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruits, some toffee, mild earth and berries. Flavour is nice biscuity notes along with some floral and berryish notes. As it warms up it also gets some harsh rubbery notes.

Bottle from Pien. Poured deep brown color with a thin white head. Toasty, bready, slightly nutty aroma. Some vinous notes as well. Flavor has bready hops, caramel, toffee and wet wood.

Bottle. A dark brown beer with red notes, a head is small and beige, some dry cake and caramel. Complex. Taste has wood, some chocolate and bread, also some fruitness. Quite light bodied. Complex and positive surprise, nice notes of chocolate.

Tap @BrewDog Helsinki
Ruby clear color, small steady beige head. Aroma has chocolate and lightly toasted caramalt. Light-bodied. Light caramel and chocolate in the flavor. Sweetish with light hops in the finish. Easy but clean. Better than their first beer I had.

Tap at One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Colour is brown with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Chocolate, some hints of berries, bread, harshness and roasted malts. Good body for this ABV but has some quality problems in aroma.

(Keg at One Pint Pub, 20150320) The beer poured mahogany coloured and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, caramel and earth. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, caramel, molassess, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. A mediocre malty brew. Clean.

Draught @ Three Beers
Aroma is rather strong on bready malt. Also some hayish grain and resiny tones. Flavour has hayish grain, resin, bready malt and some gooseberry bush. Finishes with lingering hops, grapefruit and hay. Very grainy and very strong hay aromas here - faithful to the origins of beer. A brown ale? More like amber one.

Deep red copper colour, creamy beige head. Smell of hops, a faint of vanilla. Aroma of hop, grass, rubber, earth, also a faint of sugar. Medium sweet. Very soft carbon, velvety body. Not being a big fan of red/brown ale, this one is decent.
