Tap @SBWF2015, backlog. 02-20-2015. Poured murky amber in color with a thin white head. Not much brett here, some ripe fruits, strawberries and mild tartness. Flavor quite similar, berries and mild tartness.

Amber color, small white head. Apple fruity aroma, no bretta. Light to medium-bodied. Apple fruits, clean, banana. Low bitterness. Not bretta found (evidently fresh sample), not very saisonish either.

Draught@SBWF2015. Hazy orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is sour wood, some bready malts, mild earth and herbal notes. Flavour is quite similar, with the sourness being mellow and not too pronounced. Yet it’s still quite clean and really smooth. Probably being rather fresh, with the yeast not worked all the way yet.
