[ As La Débauche Big Boy ].Clear dark brown color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, sweet malt, molasses, alcohol, light chocolate and roasted. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, dark malt, roasted, molasses, dark roasted - burnt, light chili spiced warm. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20160123]

Drucken på fat på Malmö Brewings franska ölfestival. Smak och doft av kaffe, choklad, chili, lakrits med toner av torkad mörk frukt. Fruktig, fin chili hetta som sakta växer fram, bra sting. Fint!

Double Chilli Edition. Opaque black - brown beer, good darkish tan head. Chocolate and maltesers nose. Palate is airy and soft, decent fine carbonation. Taste follows the nose and adds a nice smooth dark chocolate. Then a pretty fierce chilli kicks in and burns all the way through the finish and well in to the aftertaste. There is very nice Imperial Stout here being held back by playing silly bollocks with the Chilli!

Draft @ 888 Winter Camp French Craft Beer Festival, Malmö. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty chili chocolate aroma. Roasted malty chocolate and spicy chili flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate and chili finish.

Draught sample. Pitch black with a thin, tanned head. Roasted aroma with dark malts, caramel, chocolate, coffee and a burn from chillies. Licorice. Full body with an oily texture. Finishes drying and with hotness from the chillies.
