Il gusto al naso propende per il luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata, permanendo in maniera apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a medio-fine. Il liquido è di apparenza velata. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. Il naso riconosce sentori di luppolo. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il manto birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato si fermano caratteristiche di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, agrumi e mandarino.

Pours dark orange. Funny detail: there's an imprint on the inside of the cap. In this case, a small tugboat following a mermaid.

Sample at Beer Attraction in Rimini-Italy. Orange skin almost amber color, white foam with retention and drafts. Nose is hops oil, lavander, English malts. Mouth is frizzy, vibrant, lovely. Pours dark orange with a thick white head. Aroma of citrusy hops, pine, grass and sweet syrupy notes. Taste is smooth, earthy and mildly grassy with some hoppiness and hints of citrus. Finish is crisp and malty with some earthiness. Okay.

Bottled@PBF IX. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Fruity, yeasty and mild spicy notes as for the aroma. Flavour is fruity, yeasty, mild spices and some mild bitterness to it.

Aroma is somewhat sweet with berries and caramel tones. Foamy palate. Flavour is sweetish with malty tones, raspberries and slight tartness. Foamy palate. Decent, more like amber ale than IPA.
