Bottle 4.5%. A copper beer, a head is very big and blond. Aroma has bready maltyness, some fruitness, mild. Taste has riped fruitness, some bread, mild bitterness is slightly herbal. Almost medium bodied, quite fluffy palate. The easy and careful beer.

SOPP Helsinki 2014. Smell of mead. Copper colour, white head. Aroma of hop, metal, sugar, base. Lively carbon. Sweet. Light body, yet syrupy taste.

(Keg at Gastropub Stones, 20140724) The beer poured amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had toffee, strawberries and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, sweetness, toffee, earth and bitterness. Afteraste was sweet and bitter. A good solid bitter but a bit too sweet.

Draught@HBF2014. Amber colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is floral, fruity and resiny with some earthy notes as well. Flavour is slightly floral and fruity with quite sweet malts, toffee and a bit of grassy notes to it as well. Smooth and easy to drink.

Tap at HBF. Amber color, off-white head. Grainy, English hoppy aroma. Medium-bodied. Grassy, a bit harsh, even a bit sweet flavor. Lame, all flavors are muted.
