Slightly hazy golden color, small white head. Apple, alcohol in the nose. Medium-bodied. Tartish, fruity with some hoppyness. Weird.

Draught@SOPP 2013. Ahh, the serving of a green beer or something.... Quite much golden colour with basically no head. Aroma is very much green apples, some sweetness as well as some sappy notes. Flavour is apples, sweetness, some mild tart wooden notes as well as mild yeastyness. So and EPA... Well to me this tasted like a cider (and the rating values given accordingly, would be crap score if I rated it as an EPA...).

(Keg at SOPP’13, 20130725) The beer poured deep golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had apples and tartness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were appless, sourness and tartness. Afteraste was tart and bitter.

SOPP 2013, Turku. A cloudy, brown-yellow beer with a medium and blond head. Weird aroma, sour, berries, lots of green apples. Taste is sour, apples, herbal bitterness, berries, Medium bodied, medium carbonation. Difficult beer to judge, contaminated, but still drinkable, sour and unique beer.

Draught @ SOPP Turku ’13
Somewhat sour and tart aroma with urinal cake, earthy notes and some citrus. Flavour is tart and sour with citrus, some urinal cake, vegetables, hints of hay and biscuits. Also some lactic acid. Not sure what was the target but the result is a sour ale.
