Tap@brewpub Deep clear amber color, steady creamy beige head. Ryeish malty aroma, some yeasty and fruity twist. Light to medium-bodied. Malty with some German hoppyness and touch of caramel (although quite dry). Decent alt, probably ok with food.

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2013. Deep amber colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is rye, toast, mild rubber and some slight wooden notes. Flavour is wood, some bready malts, toffee, grass and mild grainy notes.

(Keg at Bryggeri Helsinki, 20130625) The beer poured brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, molasses, chocolate and grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were molasses, roasted malts, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. A very well done, good tasting and balanced beer.

Tap @ brewery. Brown with a thick head bready aroma with lots of hay. Flavor very similar, bready malty, hay, fruity notes, bready long finish.

Lots of hay in the aroma. Also some harsh malt, toffee and roastiness. Gets sweeter and better at the end of the glass. Flavour is rather malty with hay, some roasted notes, hints of toffee and caramel. Very malty stuff, the hay notes disturb a bit here. Probably too sweet for drinkin big amounts, 2 dl was enough.

Pours copper reddish brown with a small head. Aroma of caramely malts, grass and crisp notes. Taste is crisp, malty and dry fruity with some caramely notes and hints of toasty nuts. Finish is smooth, slightly bitter and malty with some caramely and toffee notes. Quite balanced.

Tap at brewpub, Bryggeri Helsinki, Helsinki. Colour is light brown with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Dryness, fruits, nuts, roasted malts and some spices. Great alt, very fresh naturally.
