Blond beer of the Saison type. Dry hopping, this cold maceration of very aromatic hop flowers in the aging tank, gives this beer a flavor that combines lemon, lemongrass, chamomile and hawthorn. In the mouth, the freshness predominates with the prominent bitterness of the hops with accents of lemony zest and a pleasant slightly tangy wheat. The long, fresh finish and low alcohol content make it light and very thirst-quenching.

Bottled@HBF. Light amber color, no head. Light fruity, overriped fruity aroma. Light bodied. Medicinal, peppery, overriped fruity flavor. Strange.

Bottled@HBF2013. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, floral and toffeeish. Flavour is fruity, caramelly and also has some tart wood and mild sour notes to it. Not sure if the sourness is intended, but it still suited the beer ok. Quite bodied for being 4.5 %.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, at HBF2013) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness and Belgian style yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, sourness, malts, sweetness and bitterness. Afteraste was fruity and mildly bitter. Not good Belgian ale.
