Pure Malt Pale Ale. ''The deep golden color is adorned with an impressive vanilla cream-colored foam, which holds up very well. On the nose, the flavors combine grilled cereals and herbaceous notes. The mouth is very smooth with a silky texture, a very present taste of caramel. These flavors on the toasted bread crust, are found in retro-olfaction.Then the bitterness develops in the aftertaste, completely melted in the malts No sweetness in this Pale Ale, the balance between malts and bitterness is just right (Guide Hachette).''

It is completely natural: its only components are malts, hops, yeast and water, and its bubbles come from fermentation in the bottle. It will keep for two years and much longer if you keep it upright, away from light and in a cool place.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, at HBF2013) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness and vegetables. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sourness, fruitiness, bitterness and malts. Afteraste was sour and bitter. A bad beer.
