PUP Nokian vaalea III

Bottled. No bbe found on cap nor bottle, which probably is a very bad sign as for freshness (oh well, Pirkanmaan Uusi Panimo hasn’t made that much post 2003 or so either...). Golden colour, small white head. A lot of "nectar juice" look alike particles floating around. Aroma is fruits, some mild tart wood as well as some grains and herbs. Flavour is sweet toffee, mild tart wooden notes as well as some spices and mild herbal and grainy notes. This one has some slight "infected old" notes to it with a big salt watery finish to it. Surprisingly enough this was the first one out of the about 10-15 bottles I drank from the big old bottle collection I bought, which actually has had some unclean/infected notes. The rest just seem to have been aged, without no error flavours etc coming through.

Pale yellow, small white head. Light grassy nose. Light, malty, a bit sweet almost corn flavor. Lacking any hop character. One-dimensional.
