Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Cask@Salisbury, Cambridge. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is apple juice, mild cinegar and some slight notes of alcohol. Flavour is apples, vinegar, alcohol, some nectar and mild yeastyness as well.
