From a plastic barrel @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.
Hazy matt medium yellow colour with virtually head. Aroma is moderate pear, ripped pear, barnyard. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, dry dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat flat. [20110804]

Cask@GBBF2011. Hazy yellowish golden colour, small head. Aroma is apples, wood, mild herbal notes as well as some mild yeast. Flavour is apples, some alcohol, yeast and mild spicy notes as well.
