Can 35,5 cl. Pours a pale, clear pinkwith a small, white head. Distinct tartness to the nose, both lactic and acetic I believe, berry notes. Light body, discreet berry notes and a distinct sourness that just seems to grow. Elegant. 050922

Can - I buy this for my wife all the time, as it’s her go-to sour when she really needs a beer after work - I’ll have some from time to time, so I figured I should get around to eating it - anyway, it’s got a nice but not overpowering tartness, balanced by light funk and oak, and just a touch of underlying fruit sweetness - strikes a nice balance between light and refreshing and subtly complex - just slightly watery in the finish, but overall a nice everyday sour.

0.33 l can from a Systembolaget in Eskilstuna. Shared with little Dina. Hazy pinkish golden, small head. Wonderful fruity and funky aroma, mild berries, raspberry, strawberry or pomegranate. A touch of oak, tannins. Funky, cheesy, slightly goaty element. A kind of lemony acidity. Mild fruity flavour. Light body, drinkable, refreshing, sharp acidity, lemony, sauerkraut, funky. Lasting dry finish.
