This beer is based off of a popular cocktail for Mardi Gras in New Orleans. Brewed with molasses, passionfruit, orange, and cherry purée. Passionfruit and orange dominate the beer and the cherry gives it a rose hue.

Draft at Catawba Morganton. Pours a cloudy deep gold with ruby highlights. Notes of cherry and tart passionfruit on the nose. Flavors get a bit muddled on the palate. Tropical fruit and grain on the finish.
