Aroma is sweetish with honey, some grain and hay. Flavour has lots of honey, some citrus and hay. A bit weird, but decent.

(Draught at Bruuveri, 20120321) The beer poured amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had toffee, malts and herbalness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, toffee, herbal hops, mildly caramell and low bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. Nice but a bit too sweet bitter.

Pours golden orange with a nice foamy head. Aroma has notes of malts, grain and grassy hops. Taste is quite bitter and malty with some grainy and grassy notes. Finish is slightly bready and sticky. Okay, grainy and hoppy bitter.

Draught@HBF2011. Golden colour, small beige head. Aroma is sweet grains, fruits, mild toffee and some slight wooden notes. Flavour is quite much the same in a nice and pleasant balance. Also has some slight honeyish sweetness in it as well. Balanced.

Draught @ HBF 2011. Poured hazy orange color with a thin white head. Wheat and grainy aroma. Flavor was malty and bready, slightly sweet, but thin. Finish was bitter. Not very interesting.

Clear amber color, small white head. Aroma has grains and honey. Light body. Grainy front, then some sweetish notes and late bitterness. A bit estery. Emmer grain tasting quite "normal" wheat here.
