L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Il tetto della bocca porta note di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas e mango.

500ml can [as Tafat X Anniversary, 6.6% abv.]. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, dark golden colour with average, thick, firm, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Piney and citrusy, hoppy aroma, pale and slightly caramel malty background, notes of lemon, pine, a touch of grapefruit. Taste is dry, moderately bitter, piney and citrusy hoppy, slightly biscuity, pale malty with subtle residual sweetness, notes of lemon, lemon peel, some pine, resin, a touch of grapefruit; lingering, bitter and citrusy hoppy finish. Oily texture, smooth and soft palate, fine and soft carbonation. Crisp and intense, slightly restricted fruitiness, precisely West Coast style - good.

50cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly hazy, orange gold, with fine white foam. Aroma is sweet citrus, toffee, caramel. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium bitter, with some sweetness too behind. Final is average.
