From tap at 6e Noordelijk Lentebierenfestival, Leeuwarden. Aroma is creamy whey with sticky malt, fripe fruity notes, lactose and dairy. Flavour is sweet with a decent long bitterness. Body is creamy and sturdy. Very unique if you dig a large dose of dairy in your beer.

Bottle. Golden color. Floral aroma with a hint of fresh goat’s cheese. Malty sweetish flavor, lactose, floral. Hint of caramel. Goat’s milk.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ W. van Schaik, Vianen. Hazy amber with a white head. Creamy yeasty aroma with some malts. Taste is sweet with a certain goat dairy flavour, which is not surprising. Finish is bitter with again goat milk/cheese. I'm sure this is a very interesting beer if you like goat cheese but unfortunately I don't.

Zoetige en bloemige meibok met geitenkaas. Wel apart, maar toch goed gebalanceerd met wei. Bij Borefts paar jaar terug was het huilen

from tap @LentebierFestival Leeuwarden 2018, from "De Kleine Beer", hazy amber with a full white head, aroma of dairy, slightly herbal, sweet, creamy, slightly sour lactic acid from the whey, some fruits citrus, hops, longlasting bitterness in the finish. surprisingly ok. --- Beer merged from original tick of Weibok on 18 May 2018 at 11:46 - Score: 7
