Cask at Bishops Stortford Beer Festival 2010. A hazy dark amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, caramel, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, honey, and sulphur, leading to a dry and lightly bitter finish. I find it boring.

Cask@Bishops Stortford Beer Festival 2010. Amber colour, not much head. Aroma is caramel, honey, some toffee and mild spicyness. Flavour is honey, caramel malts, some mild bready notes as well as herbs. A very balanced brew, although being quite on the sweet side.
