4/10/2022. Bottle courtesy of Boris, cheers. Pours slightly hazy pale golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma of grain, grass, citrus, herb, touch of spice. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily, soft carbonation. Pretty decent.

Bottle. Just slightly cloudy pale yellow/gold with an alright white head. Aroma of citrus fruits, grains and straw. Taste follows aroma plus minerals. A little bit herbal. Earthy and grainy bitterness. Medium carbonation. Really enjoyable. I suspected this to be more in the vein of an IPL but I’m glad they didn’t go that route.

Etwas dumpfer herber Beginn. Moderat getreidig, pappig, wenig bitter. Moderat würzig, etwas langweilig. Okay. 9/8/9/7/9/8

330ml bottle. Opalescent, dark yellow-ish to orange, golden colour with huge, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally grainy and spicy, pale malty and grassy, minimally herbal, hoppy aroma, a touch of nettle, thistle, whiffs of protein. Taste is slightly citrusy, grassy, bitter hoppy, minimally mineral, light herbal aspects, minimally spicy, pale malty basis, a touch of nettle, thistle, lemon, some plain bitterness as well; lingering, bitter hoppy finish. Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Well crafted, clean, some old school aspects (plain bitterness), some more modern (citrusy), sadly not fully integrated, hoppy aspects as well - very nice.
