This is an American style, or West Coast, India Pale Ale. The malts and yeast are chosen to produce a low malt profile with hop bitterness noticable but balanced. The hops are the real stars of this show and they are unashamedly American. We use Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe and Chinook (for bittering) so look for tropical fruit and citrus flavours.

Appearance: Golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Malt, citrus, fruit, grapefruit, hops, resin.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Clear pale golden, small head. Mild grapefruit aroma. Dry with light body and clean mouthfeel. Grapefruit and pine. Resinous bitter finish. Simplistic.
