A grist of Pale, Wheat, Oats, Flaked Barley & Rice gave us a lean wort that was hopped in the whirlpool with Citra & Centennial. Dry hopped with Citra, Centennial & HBC431 for bright tangerine and grapefruit aromas with a subtle piney bitterness.

(Cask at The Rake, Borough, London, 22 Nov 2025) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit and pine needles. Hoppy, fruity taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, pine needles, some resin, white bread and a balanced citric/piney bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Refreshing, with a generous hop presence. Very nice.

Third of a pint (keg) in The Boot on Charter Day, 1st March 2025. Light haze in the golden body, white head. Citrus front with a slight piney undertone, bitter and tasty.

aroma starts out as citrussy hoppy with notes of pine, then turns exotic fruity hoppy. flavor is bitter exotic hoppy, the base is a bit unusual, perhaps the rice, it sort of works, but also feels strange to me.

Can. A very light haze on this yellowish gold beer, small but tidy white head. Light palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light and slightly thin malts, a modest but adequate sweetness. Smooth cooling pine into. Centennial dominates Citra for me. That lightly lemony mandarin and soft tangerine. A mild peel bitterness on the light and semi dry finish. Yeah, nicely done, could session this.

Can at Peter’s, 22nd December 23. Pours a light hazy. Aroma is citrus and pine. Taste is refreshing, bright, citrus. Not bad
