0,15l from tap at Hyllie Bistro, Malmö. Yellow cloudy color, tiny white head. Smells bit herbal, bit citric, lime, earthy, bit salty. Nice smell. Medium body, soft carbonation. Tastes herbal, flowery, light sweetness, citric, lime, tobacco . Finishes lightly dry and lightly bitter with notes of lime, flowers and herbal notes. Good effort, I like my sours a bit more complex but this one is quite nice to drink

Draft. A light golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of gooseberries, funk, and herbs. The flavor is sour with notes of gooseberries, funk, herbs, and malt, leading to a tart finish.

Light salty herbal gose. Getting the gooseberry and nettle clearly. Very green, slight straw character.
