A grist of Pale, Wheat, Oats, Flaked Barley & Rice gave us a lean wort that was hopped in the whirlpool with Citra & Centennial. Dry hopped with Citra, Centennial & HBC431 for bright tangerine and grapefruit aromas with a subtle piney bitterness.

Really drinkable. Light earth from the Centennial but some oranges and citrus from citra. Moderate bitterness. I was starting to drop off but this woke me up. Good.

Can from Brewklopedia, drunk at home. Light gold, hazy with a thin white film of head. Grapefruit, pineapple and vanilla custard in the sweet, subtle aroma. Bittersweet taste turning more bitter with the accumulation of the fruity hop on the tongue. White grapefruit in the aftertaste. Silky body with soft carbonation. This is pretty decent stuff!
