Tap @ St Urho’s Sahtipäivät 2014. Murky brown, almost no head. Minerally, ripe banana, medicinal aroma. Flavor has medicinal notes, juniper, banana. smooth and easy, but something disturbing me here.

Draught (7%) @ St. Urhon Sahtipäivät 2014
Quite light aroma with just some yeasty tones and banana esthers. Flavour is odd with some berries and yeasty tones. Finishes with weird hay tones and gooseberry bush leaves. A bit straightforward and odd. 6-3-6-3-13=3.1
Draught @ St. Urhon Sahtipäivät 2015
Magnum hopped version
Aroma is quite nothing with hayish tones and mild banana notes. Flavour has juniper, hayish tones, flour and some toffee. A bit messy.

Tap at St Urho, Helsinki. Sahtiviikot 2013. Colour is deep orange with tiny bubbly white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, citrus, yeast, banana and malts. Very dry for a sahti.

(Draght at St Urho’s Pub Sahti Days ’09) Dark orange and cloudy. Small white head. Caramell and malts in aroma. Full bodied and sticky palate with medium carbonation. Lots of sweetness, malts, caramell, toffee and bitterness in taste. Sweet aftertaste.

Draught@St Urhos Pub. Hazy orange colour, not much head. Aroma is banana, alcohol. and a bit glueish. Flavour is quite much the same. A rather sticky thing.

Tap@St. Urho’s
Dark brown color, no head. Sweet caramelly aroma with juniper and light smoke. Sticky standard sahti. Molasses, juniper ... very sweet, some alcohol in the finish. Very much in style but very thick too. (Re-rated in 2009, similar taste).
