Draught @ the brewpub. Rated on 12.02.2009
Aroma is somewhat smoky with tar, some sweetish fruits and sourness. Flavour is somewhat sour and tart with smoke, wheaty notes, fruits and some tar. Somehow wheat and smoke do not fit together perfectly. Not bad still.

Draught@Pikkulintu. Almost opaque brown color, steady creamy head. Smokey, malty nose. Wet wood, smoke, some sweetish licorice. Thin, easy to drink smoke beer.

Draught (Pikkulintu, Helsinki) - Dark brown with red tinges. Fruity aroma with light hops, and a smoked, musty element. Fruity taste with lightly smoked and malty hints.

Draught@Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Deep rubyish brown, close to black colour. Small off-white and lacing head. Aroma is smoked, some slightly coffeeish and burnt wooden notes. Flavour is smoked wood, some bready malts as well as mild notes of vegetables. Slightly watery palate, but still an ok attempt.

(Rerate at Pikkulintu on 2008-10-29) Almost black. Cloudy. Large tan head. Smoke and tar in nose. Medium bodied and quite fresh palate with lots of carbonation. Smoke, light fruitiness, tar, bitterness, tiny hint of banana and some sweetness in taste. Smoky and lightly bitter aftertaste. (Draught at Sadonkorjuu, Porvoo, on 2008-10-25) Dark brown. Cloudy. Very tiny tan coloured head. Smoke and tar in nose. Quite full bodied palate with lot of carbonation. Smoke, tar, salty liquorice and sweetness in taste. Salty liquorice and tar in aftertaste. 8-2-8-2-14=3.4
