This heavily oated, mosaic-only IPA softly beckons you to remember where you came from while giving you just enough of a ripe citrus kick to strive for where you want to go. Homestyle is the staple IPA of our brewery and, like almost all of our hoppy beers, focuses on highlighting the fruity & fragrant nuances of hops. Can courtesy of SpringsLicker, thanks! Murky orange color. Aroma has pineapple and grapefruit. Taste is bittersweet earthy citrus.

Thanks willisread for the can! Poured into a snifter showing hazy orange with white foam lacing. The nose shows moderately intense notes of mango and orange. The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Flavors of lime, lemon, and light orange with a light citric edge and barely any bitterness.

2019 Re-rate. This beer has been completely dialed in on recent batches of cans. Lots of tropical fruit and orange zest on the nose. Spritzy carbonation with good piney bitterness. Bright citrus on the palate and lingering on the finish. More pine. Great stuff. 2018 re-rerate. Multiple cans and bottles. Can from Louisville Beer Store. Pours a hazy gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Big hoppy nose with guava, pungent citrus, white grapefruit and some diesel. Light on the palate with more white grapefruit, guava and diesel notes. Clean and crisp with low perceived bitterness that runs into a lingering fruity finish. Nice to see some breweries doing focusing on the haze outside of the coasts.

Light pine and decent malt. Pours hazy golden with good head and lacing. Nice IPA with great balance like the New York Times. Tap at brewpub.

Tall can. Very cloudy yellow under a tall, tight white head. Reminiscent of what a Witbier often looks like. Aroma is full of fresh, bright grapefruit with a touch of fresh grass. The flavor is light smooth bitterness with a lot of juicy grapefruit flavor. Creamy smooth body. Long fruity, bitter finish.

Juicy, grassy, lovely IPA, a perfect showcase for Mosaic complexity. Oats provide a slick, full texture, and the malts eke out just enough sweetness to accentuate the herbal hop tastiness. Finishes a tad soft, but the floral fade makes it all better again.

Tap at Hops and Crafts, Nashville, 11th July 16. Pours a cloudy orange, mysterious, raw. Aroma is full on tropical fruit, citrus. Taste is amazing, rich tropical fruit, ripe mango, pine, tingling bitterness. Great hop juice, crushable. This is up there with the very best IPAs, pretty much perfect.
