The one that started it all. This heavily oated, mosaic-only IPA softly beckons you to remember where you came from while giving you just enough of a ripe citrus kick to strive for where you want to go. Homestyle is the staple IPA of our brewery and, like almost all of our hoppy beers, focuses on highlighting the fruity & fragrant nuances of hops. At a relaxed 6.0% we think you’ll discover it’s easy to find your Homestyle.

On tap at Bearded Iris, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt and dank piney hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with dry piney hops and crisp biscuity malt. Dry and leafy on the finish. Excellent.

Rachel brought this one back from her trip to Nashville. +++ Sampled from a 16 oz can this beer poured a murky golden peach color with a huge foamy yellow-white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was bitter floral and fruity hops. The flavor was bitter and tart with fruity and floral hops - a touch rough - and a hint of cactus. Long finish. Medium body. Ok.

Tall can (thx, Justin I.!) shared with Ilya. Pours a dirty golden with a hige white head. Aroma is loads of tropical fruits. Similar taste, very juicy, with some hoppy bitterness. Very refreshing. Good stuff.

Draft. A glass of deep gold/orange watery mud with a frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, toasted grain, light tropical fruit, orange. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, slick texture, moderate carbonation. Starts with a nice citrus/orange taste, but finishes with resin and pine, like a loud-mouthed, uninvited uncle showing up at the party.
