Tasting at Ryan's, bottle
Black colour, barely any head. Molasses, dark sugars, sweet, full bodied, spirit, but also tar, sweet liquorice, too many signs of oxidation that skew the impression on a beer that probably was better before the long barrel aging.

750ml (thx, Alex M.-G.! for a bottle and Max C. for an air delivery) @ Ryan's. Appearance: almost black with no head. Aroma: lots of whiskey barrel, booze, molasses. Taste: along the same lines with some bourbon notes. Overall: quite boozy, but I think it is still pretty nice.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Black with very minimal beige head. Quite boozy, barrel character is prominent with whiskey and a touch of bourbon, but not all that pleasant. Feint sourness, with molasses. Disappointing.

Jet black with almost no head. Boozy barrel notes and dark molasses notes. Dark molasses and sweetness with some light bitterness.
